Webinar 4: ‘Lixnaw and the Earls of Kerry’- Dr. John Knightly is now available to view in the members area.

This is the fourth webinar in the series and it focuses on the ancient court of the Fitzmaurice’s in Lixnaw. In the webinar Dr. Knightly examines the layout and functionality of the demesne, which in its heyday was one of the most lavish of Irish houses to be seen throughout the country, it was set within a vast formal parkland of canals, avenues and various set-pieces.
