Welcome to the official website of The Kerry Archaeological and Historical Society.

The Society was established in May 1967 for the collection, recording, study and preservation of material relating to the history and antiquities of County Kerry.

With an annual membership of over 600 members worldwide, the Society operates from Kerry Library Headquarters in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. It organises a series of lectures throughout the year and a number of outings mainly during the summer months. The Society also publishes a Journal and Magazine on an annual basis.

Guided Tour - St. John the Evangelist Church, Tralee - 29th September, 12.30pm

As part of the inaugural celebration of Kerry's Architectural Heritage, Donal O'Sullivan will give a guided tour of St John's Church of Ireland, Ashe St, Tralee, on Saturday, September 29, at 12.30 pm. This is an addition to the already advertised programme of events.
